MariFix Barrell Spring for Maritime Applications
If you install Amphenol Procom antennas in the maritime environment, you may consider looking further into the MariFix barrel spring. This spring is an ideal addition to Amphenol Procom marine antennas that operate in hostile weather conditions at sea.
The MariFix barrell spring is specially designed to prevent damage to the antenna, which can occur with strong winds and low-hanging objects, by being able to move, bend, and flex with the antenna.
The MariFix barrell spring is suitable for all our CXL Marine antennas with a 1“-11 (1“RG) revolving nut mounting system with a total length of max. 1.20 m on a 4-way ratchet. The barrel spring itself is of course made robust, from stainless steel, for high performance and long lifetime.
