New Compact Mobile Combiners PRO-MCU’s for the New Extended TETRA Band
Last year we announced a new series of compact TETRA Mobile Combiner Units for the new extended TETRA band (low 380-386,5 MHz/High 390-396,5 MHz) introduced into some European countries. Initially, the two band versions (PRO-MCU380-EXT & PRO-MCU380-EXT-2-REV) were only available. We are pleased to announce that three and four band versions are also available.
Key features of new PRO-MCU's • All PRO-MCU (Mobile Combiner Unit) combiners can connect up to 4 TETRA extended band radio heads or radios into one common antenna.
• The isolation between all Tx/Tx, Tx/Rx & Rx/Rx ports are rated to 60 dB but will typically have higher isolation than 60 dB. All PRO-MCU's have these features in common:
• Suitable for mobile centres (Mobile Control Stations), and in a reverse model for stationary use (Base Stations).
• Also available in a tray 19" x 2HU x 300 mm for rack mounting.
• The MCU combiner secures an ETSI compliant connection.
• Vibration and shock tested in accordance with EN-60068. PRO-MCU380-EXT-2 (-REV)

The PRO-MCU380-EXT-2 and PRO-MCU380-EXT-2-REV combiner provides the possibility of connecting up to 2 TETRA extended band radio heads or radios into one common antenna.
