Recent Amphenol Procom Training Seminars at Wellingborough
A large number of our customers attended a series of Amphenol Procom training seminars at Amphenol Procom’s impressive facilities in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire on the 4th and 5th of June. Such was the overwhelming demand for training places that a third day on the 6th was created to meet the demand for training from Amphenol Procom.
Each day our customers were provided with an overview of Amphenol Procom’s combiners, filters and antenna products as well as an interesting tour of the factory. During each tour, our customers were shown different build stages for various types of antenna, the anechoic (RF testing) chamber and a glimpse of their product development (R&D) lab.
Leading the seminars were representatives from Amphenol Procom including Gavin Gant (Director of Finance and Operations), Dan Merrills (Antenna Development Manager) from the UK and Adnan Ahmed (Director of Engineering) and Torben Luth-Clausen (Global Product Manager) from Denmark.
Trevor said, ‘The training was led by the team with a vast amount of industry experience. Each day covered an enormous amount of subjects including VHF, UHF and LTE critical communication applications for Aviation, Public Safety, Hazardous Environments, Telecoms, Industry, IoT, and Transportation.
